Payment
All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
Lucevii ApS accepts online payments with; MasterCard and Visa. We do not impose any kind of transaction fee on your purchase.
The payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Lucevii ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We only deliver goods within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 working days - unless it is a pre-order.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - but not the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
All goods are delivered with GLS to the parcel shop or address.
Return
When you shop at Lucevii.com, you always have a 14-day full right of return. You can send your purchase back to us within 14 days of receiving your package, and we will refund the money for the goods you return.
In addition, the cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after your purchase, by email lucevii@lucevii.com . Here you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal and state the order number.
When we receive your return package, we have a processing time of 4-10 working days. You will receive an email from us when we have processed your return package.
You bear any return costs yourself, where we recommend using our our return portal here - where you can easily buy a return label for DKK 48. You must then print out your return label and return slip - after which your package will be sent with GLS directly to us.
If you choose another carrier, be aware that we only receive packages that are sent directly to the address, and therefore not return packages sent to a parcel shop.
Please enclose the return slip that you will find here in your order, otherwise we cannot process your order. You are liable if damage occurs during transport.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item. If you do not collect your package, after which it is returned to us because you have not collected your package - a fee of DKK 48 will be deducted from your order.
It is up to Lucevii ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
We would like to point out that we do not take items back if the item(s) has perfume, make-up, animal hair, smoke/sweat smell or if there is e.g. are marks on the item(s).

Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to Lucevii ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
If you have a complaint about a product, please contact us via lucevii@lucevii.com . The email must contain *name, order number, what the complaint is about and an attached picture of the complaint*.
Lucevii ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery. The item(s) must always be returned in proper packaging.

Appeal options
You can send an email to lucevii@lucevii.com or call 60706000 if you want to get in touch with us, have questions or file a complaint.
If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you will be able to use one of the following options to complain:
- Center for Complaint Resolution, via complaint portal v. Nævnenes Hus. Go to the complaints portal .
- Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
- If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can register your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaints portal. Go to the EU complaints portal .
When submitting a complaint, you must inform/use our lucevii@lucevii.com.
