Pre-order policy

When pre-ordering from lucevii, please note the following:

• A pre-order means you can order an item before it has actually arrived in our warehouse.
  
  
• The week in which your pre-order is expected to arrive at our warehouse is indicated under the product. You will receive an email when the order has been dispatched.
  
  Always refer to the delivery week stated on your order confirmation, as this information may change on the website due to multiple deliveries of the specific item.
  
  Please note that our delivery is always an estimated timeframe, and delays or earlier deliveries may occur in certain cases.
  
  
• The amount will only be debited from your account when your order has been dispatched from us. Until dispatch, your amount will only appear as a reservation.
  
  
• If you order a pre-order item along with other items, the entire order will only be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock.
  
  For immediate delivery of items not on pre-order, we recommend placing them on separate orders.
